Founded in 2016 by Bo H. Holmgreen, SOS was born from the urgent need to redistribute surplus quality food to underserved communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Operating seven days a week, SOS collects surplus food from hotels, restaurants, retailers, and food producers and delivers it to vulnerable groups before the day ends.
