Reporting to the Executive Director, the ideal candidate will have a keen passion for long term sustainability and possesses a strong background in development, fundraising, and donor engagement to support ECF in expanding its funding base and fostering meaningful partnerships.  <\/p>\n\n<p><br\/><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Responsibilities<\/span><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Build and manage relationships with existing and potential donors (corporate and individual), partners, and stakeholders to drive impact.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Research, identify, develop and solicit new funding opportunities aligned with ECF\u2019s mission and programmes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee and manage full fundraising cycle from researching potential donors to closing funding agreement i.e. plan and execute fundraising strategies, prepare high-quality grant proposals, funding applications, reports, and presentations for donors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with ECF executive members to ensure alignment between fundraising efforts and project objectives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain accurate records of fundraising activities, donor communications, and funding agreements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Represent ECF in fundraising events, donor meetings, and networking opportunities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Requirements<\/span><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in fundraising or business development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven track record in securing grants, sponsorships, and donor funding successfully.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong networking skills and well-developed communication skills to build and upkeep relationships with funders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, with experience in crafting compelling proposals and reports. Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin is preferred.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a flexible, results-driven environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Motivated to support a wide range of sustainability initiatives with non-profit organizations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Compensations<\/span><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Negotiable commission-based structure, depending on experience and performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Additional benefits may be discussed based on the candidate\u2019s qualifications and contribution to ECF\u2019s fundraising goals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Remarks<\/span><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>This is a 1-year contract role subject to renewable upon mutual discussion.
